We are looking for a skilled candidate with good problem-solving ability for the independent position of Senior Finance Account, who is responsible for the company's financial health producing financial reports, and developing strategies based on economic research. The Senior Finance Accountant reports directly to the European Finance Manager.

Job responsibilities:
- Organizing the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payment, invoicing, reimbursement, etc.
- Fin bookkeeping preparing and monitoring;
- Project management uses the WIP account properly, including tracing down the project status and recognizing income and related costs accordingly.
- Organizing the monthly close and preparing a monthly annual report for HQ, including TB, GL, AP, AR, WIP, inventory report, related transaction report, and bank reconciliation;
- Prepare the annual report and complete the annual audit according to the requirements of the parent company;
- Prepare VAT report quarterly;
- Prepare income tax returns with the help of outside suppliers;
- Complete other tax/custom-related reporting;
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company;
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company;
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement;
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Follow the law and regulations, especially GDPR;
- Follow the information security policy;
- Follow up legislation and regulations regarding the environmental rules as stipulated in ISO140001.
Knowledge/skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance or accounting or similar;
- 3 ~ 5+ years GL, financial reporting, audit experience;
- Being familiar with ERP systems such as Dynamics NAV (also called Navision system) is a preference
- Strong Excel skills;
- Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills and understanding of business process and systems optimization;
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas;
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting;
- Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions;
- Strong financial system and business administration understanding;
- Good knowledge of English spoken and written. Dutch and Chinese would be preferred.
