Job Description
- Responsible for project follow-up, system integration technical support work, and participation in the delivery and implementation of integration projects.
- Familiar with the company's system integration products and solutions, assist the commercial and marketing departments in customer training on the products. Follow up on the customer's needs and features in the initial stage of the project to propose a targeted overall technical solution.
- Summarise customer requirements and work tightly with the domestic R&D team to drive improvements to products and solutions
- Familiarity with the project delivery process and participation in the delivery and implementation of projects. Supporting the installation and commissioning of equipment such as systems, networks, and storage.
- Solve technical problems that clients encounter in the project delivery process, deal with unexpected issues timely, identify trouble situations accurately, and take measures to solve them. Responsible for customer satisfaction and improving service quality continuously.
- Summarise problems arising in daily work into a knowledge base document, providing users with training from time to time.
- Participate in project acceptance and presentation, showing project outcomes and functioning to guarantee successful completion. Examine and validate project materials to ensure that the project is finished properly.
- Writing and updating English project documentation and technical documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer, communications, or electronics-related major.
- It is preferable to have over five years of expertise in the technical support of system integration and network communication and experience in system development. Candidates should be knowledgeable about Cisco switch configuration, server, storage, and other hardware, together with the Windows/Linux operating systems and TCP/IP, HTTP, and other standard network protocols. Priority will be given to those with relevant certifications.
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Have good documentation skills, including writing system integration project documents, along with good industry insight.
- Comfortable with long-term business trips. Flexible with working hours if required
- Relevant job experience in the security scanning industry or systems integration is preferred.
