infrared face temperature screening system “FeverBlock” combines infrared thermal imaging technology and visible light imaging technology into one, to fulfil non-contact, large scene real-time temperature measurement and screening.
Based on deep learning, algorithms were developed and are capable of accurately locating the face position and avoiding interference from unrelated high temperature objects.
The system can be widely used for rapid body temperature screening and provide automatic abnormal body temperature alert in various public places with large numbers of people, such as airports, subways, bus stops, ports, schools, hospitals, hotels, buildings, supermarkets, etc.
Stable intelligent temperature measurement
Based on deep learning, FeverBlock accurately locates human faces. In the case of wearing a mask it provides multi-point temperature measurements and is able to track the temperature of a face’s forehead, effectively avoiding the effects of unrelated heat sources. In addition, intelligent distance compensation algorithm was developed to ensure the stability of temperature measurement, while ordinary infrared cameras always have large fluctuations in temperature measurement when the distance changes.
High throughput without stopping
FeverBlock enables no-sense temperature measurement of multiple people at the same time. People don’t have to stop and wait. Therefore, the throughput is high, with more than 120 persons per minute. Measuring from a safe distance from 1m to 5m and no contact temperature measurement ensures very low risk of disease infection.
Accurate automatic temperature calibration
Automatic temperature calibration according to the environment, achieving a high temperature measurement accuracy of ± 0.3 ℃(with blackbody), ± 0.5 ℃(without blackbody), without manual operation.
Data security and traceability
Alarm data are traceable, and it also provides daily temperature data statistics and efficient epidemic management. Personal information with normal temperature will not be stored.
