RF9010 Railway Cargo Vehicle Inspection System is a high-energy in-route inspection system for rail cargoes. The Inspection System utilises Interlaced Dual-energy Transmission Imaging Technology and could scan moving loaded freight trains and cargoes without stopping.
The Inspection System has the features of strong penetration, automated recognition, locomotive avoidance and automated scanning and can continuously inspect each freight train and the whole train while it is moving through the system. It is suited for rapid and high-quality inspection at places such as railway traffic artery checkpoints, traffic hub checkpoints and land border etc., especially for places with double-track or multiple tracks.
The Inspection System uses high-energy electron linear accelerator as the X-ray source and can deliver high-quality scanning images without distortion while the train is fully loaded or runs on any track of multi-rail.
The Inspection System adopts Dual-energy Imaging Technology to discriminate organic, inorganic, mixed, and heavy metal materials. Different materials are marked with specific colors, which helps in identifying the contraband and dangerous goods concealed among cargoes or hidden in the train.
The Inspection System can recognize and avoid locomotive automatically. The whole scanning image of the train will be divided by freight wagon automatically, and the scanning images will be saved individually, and bounded to the related cargo information.
The Inspection System is designed with the safety of public and operators as paramount importance. It is equipped with safety devices including CCTV, PA, safety interlocks, etc. All the radiation protection criteria are met and in conformity with the relevant standards recommended by international organisations such as IAEA, ICRP and WHO.
The Inspection System can match the high or different speed of the running train automatically. The FS technology and SSA technology can keep the scanning image free of distortion with high quality.
The Inspection System can be integrated with various auxiliary devices including Container Code Recognition (CCR) System, Radioactivity Monitor (RM) and Under Vehicle Surveillance System(UVSS), etc., hence providing comprehensive information of the goods under inspection.
